Highlighting many of the Ancient Wonders that Jordan has to offer this 8 day experience offers some of the most picturesque places such as Petra and Wadi Rum. Youi will also visit the therapeutic waters of the Dead Sea

You will arrive in Queen Alia International Airport, our representative will meet you and transfer you to your hotel in Amman. The rest of the day and the next day are yours free to explore Amman at your own pace. On Day 3 an English Speaking Guide will meet you to explore the ancient sites of Jerash and Ajloun. After checking out of the hotel you will then be off to explore Madaba, Mount Nebo and arrive in the Rose City of Petra. Day 5 will be a real highlight of the trip as you walk through to the magnificent treasury, the most recognized monument in Petra. Following this you will drive to Wadi Rum where you will stay in a desert camp. Day 6 Enjoy the landscape of Wadi Rum in a 2 hour 4WD experience before driving to your hotel in the Dead Sea. Day 7 is yours free to explore the area.

Tour Description

Day 1: Arrival Day Amman

Arrival Day Saturday or Tuesday
Upon arrival at Queen Alia International Airport our representative will transfer you to your hotel in Amman

Day 2: Amman

Today is yours free to explore the beautiful city of Amman
Breakfast and Dinner are included

Day 3: Ajloun - Jerash

After breakfast you will depart for Ajloun, the Islamic castle that was built in 1185 by the famous General Sultan Salah Ad-din to protect the country against the Crusader attacks.
Then continue your drive to Jerash, the best example of a Roman city in the Middle East. Jerash was built by Alexander the Great in 332BC

Day 4: Amman Madaba Mount Nebo Petra

After breakfast take a tour of the city of Amman, the capital of Jordan. See sites such as the citadel, Roman Theatre, the Old City with its many souqs. Drive to Madaba, famous for its Byzantine mosaics. Continue to Mt Nebo where prophet Moses gazed across the Promised Land. Enjoy a panoramic view of the Holy Land to Jericho and on a clear day you can see Jerusalem. Continue the drive through to Petra

Day 5: Petra Wadi Rum

Visit the Rose City of Petra including the most famous rock carved monument, The Treasury. Also a must see is the Royal Toms and the Monastery.
After exploring Petra you will drive to Wadi Rum for a night under the desert skies to do some star-gazing.

Day 6: Wadi Rum to Dead Sea

After breakfast you will get to enjoy an exciting 2 hour 4WD experience through the dramatic desert landscape of southern Jordan before driving through the Jordan Valley to the Dead Sea.

Day 7: Dead Sea

Today you are free to explore at your leisure. The mineral rich Dead Sea is the lowest point on earth at 400m below sea level. Many travel to the Dead Sea for its health benefits as they did in Ancient times. The waters have special properties that assist with skin conditions and rheumatic diseases. Take the chance to enjoy a full body mud mask and float in the salt waters to nourish your skin.

Day 8: Departure Day

You can choose to add additional nights either here in the Dead Sea or Amman
If not, you will be transferred to Queen Alia International Airport for you outbound flight
